I offer at-work yoga classes which can be tailored to your workplace, and have previously led classes with the likes of IPC Media, The River Group, and Deliveroo. Classes can be accessible for a range of people and encompass a breadth of styles of yoga, from mat to chair yoga, energising vinyasa classes to more calming gentle hatha and restorative yoga. I also offer meditation, breathwork, and relaxation techniques which can significantly help reduce stress and can be used as important tools for self regulation. Classes can range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes, or whatever suits you.
I also offer lectures and workshops around yoga, meditation, and breathwork. In the past I have lectured at Imperial College on the Science of Yoga and Meditation.
