Join me on a week-long epic journey to Xinalani, a stunning remote luxury eco-resort near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Xinalani is a truly awe-inspiring place, only reachable by boat, where the lush jungle meets the emerald ocean. A place to disconnect from your day-to-day world and reconnect with what matters, a full reset in paradise. 

 

It will be a week full of blissed out yoga, ridiculously delicious and plentiful food, lounging hard by the pool, sunset walks on the pristine private beach, big belly laughs, connecting with others, and maybe even some sunset margaritas, because you know it’s Mexico!

A typical day...

Watch sunrise/meditative walk/morning swim

7-8am Coffee/tea/fruit/granola available

8-9.45am Vinyasa, meditation, pranayama

10-11am (Big) Breakfast

11am-2.30pm Free time to hang out at the beach, rest, or explore

2.30-3.30pm Lunch

4.30-5.30pm A few optional workshops including philosophy, asana clinic, and journalling

5.30-7pm Restorative, hatha, pranayama, yoga nidra

Watch sunset/have a drink at the bar

7.30-8.30pm Dinner

Things to do at Xinalani include...

All day beach lounging, swimming and snorkelling in the ocean, hiking to the nearby waterfall, paddle boarding with spectacular views, watching sunrise and sunset, treating yourself to a body treatment, other activities including whale watching and swimming with dolphins. Or simply enjoying peace and tranquillity.

  • All extra activities, excursions, or additional ceremonies, e.g. sweat lodge

Getting to Xinalani

The nearest airport is Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). If you're coming from the UK, you can get here via Mexico City or several airports in the USA, from which there are direct flights. Xinalani is close to Puerto Vallarta but only accessible by boat. For this reason, Xinalani provide transfers from the airport to the pier and then a boat taxi from the pier to the venue. There is no alternative boat to take you to Xinalani.

Guests must book an arrival flight that lands no later than 4:00 PM and a departure flight that takes off no earlier than 12:00 PM. All guests arriving to the airport after 4:30 PM (as scheduled or due to delays or flight cancellations) will have to find their own accommodation at their own expense for the evening and will be transferred to Xinalani the following morning.

If this means you need to arrive in Puerto Vallarta ahead of 16th March, you can meet at the airport or make your own way to the pier on the day the retreat starts. Closer to the time, Xinalani will provide an exact time for your boat departure.
